• Dr. McDonald has been certified for 10 years by the US Department of Transportation (DOT) to perform DOT Physicals.  He is a Certified Medical Examiner (CME).

• If you use a CPAP bring a 30 day usage printout or app.
• No need to bring forms – We have them all.
